I grew up on a dairy farm in Groveland, Idaho. It didn't take me long after leaving the farm to realize that the old axim "You can take the boy out of the country, but you can't take the country out of the boy" really applied to me. I love the outdoors, and I love animals. I am especially fond of dogs and horses. This background has also been beneficial to me in the real estate business as I am already aware of the importance of water rights issues as well as all the other things that are important for farmers and ranchers to be aware of. Saddle up and I can show you some great horse country right in our area.

I married a local girl, Renee Daw, and we have 4 beautiful and talented daughters. I spent several years playing in a band with my three oldest daughters, and we had a great time! My most cherished times now are with my family (add a couple of horses and it's even better!).
I also taught school for 16 years, guitar lessons for 20 years, was a CASA case worker, and involved in the Boy Scouts. I have enjoyed the many associations I've had with parents and youth through the years. I know I have made a difference in many lives - and that is always a great feeling.
